The sponsors are surprisingly wary about parting with the money (one wonders if Britannia has been talking to them) but the exterior of the house should be repaired by the time we return from break. I know most of you probably won't need or want this, but I'd rather be safe than sorry -- do any of you think that you would need an appointment with a psychologist or a psychiatrist? First of all: I'm back. I apologise for leaving you on short notice, my grandmother was desperately sick and my grandfa. I hope everything has been fine in the interim, if not, please tell me and I will do my best to fix it. Second of all: I've only just checked my email, and apart from a backlog of complaints, this Obelisk thing seems to have come out of the blue. Was there anything preceding it? Also, somewhat relating to that has there been a continuation of the drama re: our shields which have suddenly become our biggest blessing. ?

Third: I set up an emergency line right before I left, and I hope you're packing enough weaponry to make the military jealous. Please remember that if you find yourself in a dangerous situation, call me and I will do my best to get there. I'd rather you send me home in a casket then have to do it for you I trust you will all be fine. After all, there's nothing more dangerous than a little too much knowledge, and consciences open for debate, but on the other hand -- there's no such thing as being too cautious.

Fourth, and last, I swear -- do you want to open Sigma barriers for certain people? As far as I know, they're still holding, though they might fail which I . Anybody in Sigma can program an exception.

I know this might seem light in terms of what's coming to us now, but thank you for testing out the roof of Sigma and other defenses. As hilarious as it is to see Park's post, for the time being, it would be greatly appreciated if the testing could stop. That being said, you did a very good job of testing the system. We now know that it's capable of triggering frothy, butthurt complaints. I've never seen the Sigma suggestion box so full before. Also, if you need shelter during all of this happening, I can write an exception into the Sigma system.

I'm sure you've seen the news, and now the fact that they're -- whoever they're is -- rapidly working through our Axiom Jr. Mission leaders is not, by any means, very reassuring.  It might be a far shot, but I'd rather see you all safe than be sorry. I'm going to be improving our security system over the next few days. I'd like to ask you all as Sigmas to contribute your suggestion to the security system and perhaps, if you could take some time out of your busy schedule, to work on them. This is also a time to make suggestions about Sigma in general, but I'm going to say if it's about the showers again, I'm sorry but there will always be some remaining noodles writhing in the pipe system. I'm considering calling Psi, but please understand that this currently takes a lower priority than the above mentioned.

Also, please carry at least one weapon on you. Relating to the better safe than sorry, I am setting up an emergency phone number so that you may all reach me in times of emergency.  I'm not asking you to divulge your secrets for the tournament, but I'm going to be setting up a housewide weaponry and I'd appreciate it greatly if you could all contribute to it.

On a lighter note, I would like to say that the cleaning robots have been reprogrammed, so they will not be dropping off anybody's laundry at anybody else's door, and that I have modified one of them to act as a cooking robot. Hopefully this quells the discontent of most, if not all of you.

Good morning, all Professors.  As you may know, my power set relies strongly on distance and time. I'd like to make sure that for my one weapon in the arena, I have a defense that works against all types: magical, technological and metahuman.  I'm considering using either a gun or bow & arrows.  The latter two, I can modify a couple of rounds for (material-wise) but the first one, I'd much appreciate your help and perspective on this topic. I want a weapon that is easily modifiable, and hopefully, one that can't be turned against me.  I'd also need somebody to help teach me said weapons.  Thank you for your time and help.  I'd also like help in devising a pen -- or a material that can write on all surfaces.

If anything, this serves as a reminder that Axiom, is indeed srs bzns serious, but it is a cold and somewhat unwelcome reminder and though I did not have the honour of going on the missions, the fact he survived from what I've heard, he was a worthy leader.

Another point of understanding: if anybody is in the mood throw eggs, TP or other projectiles at Sigma house, please be advised that it is now coated in an anti-friction field among other things. That being said, this will probably encourage one or more of you to try, so please, if you feel the need to throw eggs and such, standing in front of the door is a bad idea. For one, it is easy for any Sigmas in the house to open the door, and for two, opening the door is rather irritating with a body in the way.

Behold! Your fearless leader lives. Apologies for the absence and lack of support during the recent developments -- I have been ridden with a bug, as anybody who lives in Sigma house could tell. If you couldn't, well. Let's just say that all you missed was the technicolour contents of my stomach.

In light of the more recent power outages, both manufactured and not I have begun reviewing our insurance. Naturally, Camulus has it's own insurance but well, I'd rather not rely on that. I have also begun looking into alternative sources of energy. You know how I am when it comes to the more technical parts of this, so -- for dummies, if you please. Though I do hope all of you will be pleased to know Sigma's lasers are now programmable through hexadecimal code. For those of you who wanted exactly that shade of magenta, you're welcome.
